I first received a bottle of this face scrub back in 2002 in gift basket at a corporate event. I've been addicted ever since. I use it several times a week and it is my favorite face scrub. It gets off that dead skin without being harsh. I have fair Irish type skin so my skin can be quite sensitive and I have not had a problem with any reaction to this product. I highly recommend it.
